Position: Account Executive, New Logo Hunter – Southern California Are you a motivated and results-driven sales executive ready to open new doors for Genesys in the Enterprise Market in Southern California If you’re passionate about customer experience (CX), skilled in enterprise software sales, and thrive on creating new business opportunities, we’d love to meet you. About the Role: As an Account Executive (New Logo) with Genesys, your mission is to drive revenue growth by securing new business in the Retail & Manufacturing industries. You’ll play a key role in Genesys’ expansion within this region by creating, developing, and closing new logo opportunities. This role is centered on prospecting and positioning Genesys as the solution of choice for large enterprises, building relationships with key stakeholders, and aligning customer needs with our innovative CX solutions.

Requirements

  • Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the various Enterprise industry in Southern California, with a proven track record of success in these sectors. Including an existing network to tap into.
  • SaaS & Enterprise Software Background: 5+ years of B2B experience selling complex enterprise software, especially SaaS, with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Ability to understand customer pain points and articulate the value of Genesys solutions, positioning our products effectively within new accounts.
  • Experience in New Logo acquisition: Candidate understands the tactics to apply for effective prospecting to land new logo wins
  • Team Player & Leader: Strong collaborator who thrives in a team setting, helping drive success across cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional Communication: Proficient in English, with excellent presentation skills suited for engaging senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • New Logo Acquisition: Proactively identify, engage, and close new logo opportunities in the Retail & Manufacturing sectors, positioning Genesys as a transformative partner.
  • Consultative Selling: Leverage your understanding of complex enterprise sales to develop tailored solutions that address customer challenges and showcase Genesys’ value.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute account and opportunity plans, ensuring a well-organized and strategic approach to every sales engagement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Solution Consulting, Marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth transitions and robust support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Relationship Building: Establish trusted relationships with economic buyers and decision-makers, becoming a go-to advisor who aligns Genesys solutions with their business goals.
  • Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, accurately forecasting and reviewing sales progress with senior leadership.
  • Networking: Foster partnerships with consultants, technology, and transformational partners to increase Genesys’ reach and execution capacity within key accounts.
