About The Position

This role is designed for a highly motivated and strategic sales professional responsible for driving net-new business with enterprise accounts. You will engage with senior decision-makers across marketing, communications, IT, and sales departments, positioning solutions that accelerate customer engagement and revenue growth. The Account Executive will deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations, act as a trusted consultant, and manage complex sales cycles to close high-value deals. This role combines hunter sales energy with strategic insight, requiring strong relationship-building skills and the ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value. You will maintain accurate pipeline data, collaborate with internal teams, and stay informed of industry trends to maximize deal success. Travel and in-person engagements may be required to deepen client relationships and drive conversions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • Demonstrated ability to sell into enterprise marketing, communications, and demand generation teams
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler, etc.)
  • High strategic and consultative sales skills with ability to align solutions to customer objectives
  • Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and communication skills, capable of executive-level interactions
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment with adaptability to evolving business needs

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close net-new enterprise business opportunities by engaging key stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demos that clearly articulate value propositions and align with customer goals
  • Act as a consultative advisor, diagnosing business challenges, recommending tailored solutions, preparing proposals, and driving contract execution
  • Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and forecast data in CRM tools, ensuring timely updates on all activities
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue and activity targets
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings to refine sales approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment, smooth handoffs, and successful onboarding of new accounts

  • Base pay range: $135,000 to $150,000 USD, with variable compensation opportunities
