About The Position

Rain is the fastest-growing earned wage access (EWA) fintech in the U.S., serving 3.5 million employees and backed by top investors like QED and Prosus. We’ve raised nearly $400M in funding—including the largest Series A in fintech history—and just closed our Series B to fuel our next stage of hypergrowth. Rain is looking for an experienced, high-energy sales professional who understands Enterprise Sales and how to sell executives cost-savings or business performance solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with technology or solution sales, (experience selling Human Capital Management solutions highly valued but not necessary)
  • Exceptional strategic planning and business development skills; must own and contribute at every stage of the sales lifecycle.
  • Ability to promote complex technology solutions and project manage them.
  • A high level of demonstrated customer interface along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sales, presentation, negotiation and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within Earned Wage Access, HR tech, or fintech is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support Rain’s sales pipeline to support ambitious growth plans for financial technology solutions for employees.
  • Create and grow prospects via lead qualification.
  • Maintain broad market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility with prospects.
  • Engage sales development representative team to drive progress in their pipelines.
  • Build relationships with customers and account teams up to the C - Level to present product information, solution propositions, account review and support for the ordering process.
  • Actively showcase and promote Rain’s commitment to financial technology solutions and close partnerships with industry leaders, including SHRM, APA and others.
