He/she must be a persuasive influencer and strategic go-getter who leverages technology. The Account Executive- Business Developer is responsible for building and driving the footwear sales and profitable growth within the assigned accounts for all Spring Footwear brands in assigned territories in the US. This incumbent’s success depends upon creating strategies that leverage all data points, market and research insights, and overall business acumen. Who We looking for: Goal-Driven Entrepreneurs. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of successful business development and sales experience required; footwear industry experience highly preferred
  • Demonstrated strength in account retention, and growth of sales
  • Ability to manage the full selling cycle
  • Highly detail oriented, systematic, and process oriented with outstanding follow-up and execution skills
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver and execute to a sales plan
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify issues and generate solutions
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite tools
