About The Position
Account Executive / Benefit Advocate job search. Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to join a team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, internal-facing environment, and enjoys working on inter-office projects. The Benefits Analyst will be responsible for managing renewals, building quotes, and working with internal systems to ensure seamless operations. If you have experience with EASE, Employee Navigator, and Excel, and are passionate about supporting internal teams, we encourage you to apply. Requirements
- 0-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, summation formulas, etc.)
- MN life and health licensed required; willingness to obtain certifications in the future
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with EASE is highly preferred
- Flexible, open-minded, empathetic, and hardworking
Responsibilities
- Manage renewals and handle accounts from A-Z
- Build quotes and support internal team projects
- Operate and maintain relevant benefits administration system, quoting platform, and CRM software to support agency and client needs
- Utilize Excel for tasks such as pivot tables and summation formulas
- Collaborate with internal teammates to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a strong work ethic and contribute to a positive team culture
