About The Position

As one of the fastest growing firms in the energy waste reduction movement, SEEL (Solutions for Energy Efficient Logistics) provides wholistic residential and commercial program management solutions for utility and municipal clients throughout the country. The role of the EEA Admin Support provides administrative support to the Account Manager Team to ensure efficient execution of day-to-day activities. This role focuses on project entry, organizing project documentation, tracking deliverables, preparing reports, and coordinating internal and external communication. This position will ultimately be responsible for administrative duties. This position is not a role with direct reports.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or account support roles
  • Ability to prioritize activities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks in support of account coordination
  • Ability to anticipate challenges, plan for solutions, and work within existing structures to overcome barriers
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications with emphasis on Excel - data management/analysis
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive problem solver
  • Experience supporting internal teams and coordinating between departments
  • Committed to continuous improvement
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Service, Communications, Business, Marketing or a related area preferred
  • Experience working with HVAC, Weatherization, and/or specialty contractors
  • Knowledge of weatherization, energy efficiency, clean energy, or sustainability programs is highly recommended
  • BPI Certification and/or Building Science Principles knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Account Manager Team to ensure the administrative duties are met.
  • Work closely with the Account Manager Team to ensure program delivery is achieved
  • Ensure Contractors’ invoices are processed in a timely manner and payment expectations are achieved
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records including Contractor, Partner and project data in shared systems and databases.
  • Maintain a variety of back-end applications (SDP/OIT/Power BI)
  • Manage the program portal and account verifications as customers’ work is distributed
  • Create reports on investment activity and performance
  • Work closely with various internal teams to achieve common Program goals and support Company strategic initiatives.
  • Establish various metrics to ensure strategies remain consistent with overall program goals and objectives (forecasting)
  • Special projects, as needed
