About The Position

PayTrace exists to make merchants happy. We recognize that in order to make merchants happy, PayTracers must first be happy. One of the ways we measure PayTrace’s impact toward its purpose is by our revenue and revenue growth rate. Revenue is used to reinvest in PayTrace which provides opportunity for PayTracers to learn, grow, and try new things. Opportunity to gain experience is an important aspect of making PayTracers happy. The Account Executive is focused on expanding sources of revenue through the successful development of integrated referral relationships in the fields of business management software and integrated e-commerce verticals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-3 years payments or merchant services sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • B2B sales experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • ERP sales experience
  • Software integration sales experience
  • Bachelor degree

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop prospects that can benefit from PayTrace’s value proposition of e-commerce, mobile, tablet, and POS payment solutions.
  • Acquire new payment business through developed partnerships and drive new business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotas.
  • Procure new processing business from internally generated as well as outside sales leads.
  • Negotiate contracts, set pricing, and ensure activation of merchants for new business.
