About The Position

We’re seeking a driven Account Executive, Agency Partnerships to expand Townsquare Ignite’s agency footprint and generate new revenue growth. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Agency and Political Partnerships, you will focus on securing and growing new agency relationships through prospecting, pitching, and closing. This is an individual contributor, hunter role—perfect for a self-starter with agency sales experience, strong digital media knowledge, and the ability to build long-term, high-value partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital media sales experience, ideally with agencies.
  • Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business with a focus on new partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of the agency ecosystem and media buying process.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to thrive as an individual contributor.
  • Experience with CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecast, and track performance.
  • Proficiency in building persuasive pitch decks and sales materials.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and close new digital advertising deals with independent, regional, and holding company agencies.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—using a consultative, solutions-driven approach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agency decision-makers, positioning Townsquare Ignite as a strategic partner.
  • Deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations showcasing our full suite of solutions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, strategy, and creative teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Participate in regular virtual team meetings (camera on) to stay engaged and connected.
