More news coming soon :) About the Role We’re hiring an Account Executive with 1–5 years of full-cycle closing experience to help drive new business and become a foundational sales leader at RevinAI. This role is critical as we transition away from founder-led sales and build a scalable, repeatable sales engine. You’ll own outbound, manage complex multi-stakeholder deal cycles, and consistently close six-figure deals into the home services and HVAC market. This is an on-site role in New York City , ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces ambiguity, and wants meaningful ownership early in their career.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of full-cycle closing experience , consistently hitting or exceeding quota
  • Proven ability to close six-figure deals
  • Experience selling at a seed to Series B tech startup
  • Comfort selling into complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound (20+ calls/day)
  • Confident navigating longer, complex deal cycles
  • Strong objection handling and executive-level communication
  • Willingness to travel 25–30% per month
  • Ability to work on-site in New York, 5 days per week
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available)

  • Experience selling into HVAC or home services industries
  • Background selling software or AI solutions

Responsibilities

  • Quickly ramp on the RevinAI product and the home services / HVAC landscape
  • Drive outbound pipeline generation, including 20+ cold calls per day
  • Navigate longer, multi-party deal cycles with owners, operators, and executives
  • Own the full sales cycle from first touch through close
  • Close six-figure contracts with home services and HVAC operators
  • Handle objections and complex buying dynamics with confidence
  • Contribute to building sales processes, playbooks, and best practices as we scale
