As an Account Director, you will be a senior client and contract leader responsible for the successful management, execution, and growth of a portfolio of population health and quality measurement programs for Telligen, including large and complex Medicaid-focused initiatives. This role provides both account management leadership and executional oversight across multiple programs, serving as a primary executive liaison for clients while ensuring high-quality delivery, compliance, and financial performance. You will also play a key role in driving portfolio growth, helping to identify and pursue expansion opportunities, support new business development, and strengthen Telligenâs strategic position with existing and prospective clients. This is a remote position; however, candidates must live in Massachusetts, Maryland, Pennsylvania, or Washington, DC to be eligible. Periodic travel to client locations is expected.
