About The Position

In the Account Director Role, you will be reporting to HQ where your primary responsibility is to onboard new accounts and drive expansion and growth to existing clients through building process, strategy, and trusted relationships with the global Vurvey client roster. Every team member at Vurvey is expected to bring a bias for action to their work, actively looking for ways to improve the process, implement new ideas that creatively solve problems and scale solutions across our organization, and increase value to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Continue the sales expansion process with key clients of Vurvey through:
  • Partnering with the Global Partnerships Sales team in onboarding new business partners
  • Activate against key opportunities to retain and grow partnerships across the portfolio of Vurvey existing clients
  • Collaborate and own strategy and process needs implementation through the lens of being the key client facing lead
  • Work with team and orchestrate to implement client managed projects
  • The Employee will use its best efforts to market and sell the Products/Services to customers.
  • The Employee shall also provide the Company with regular customer updates and market feedback.
