Job Summary The Account Director is a senior client services lead responsible for the direction and execution of client programs across key accounts. This individual plays a critical role in building strong client partnerships, ensuring high-quality delivery, and contributing to account stability and growth. This role blends strong executional leadership with developing strategic capability. The Account Director is expected to contribute to strategic thinking, identify opportunities, and support account growth, while partnering with senior leadership to shape long-term direction. They serve as a key connector between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery, strong collaboration, and consistently high standards.
