This role will serve as the primary day-to-day contact with our client based in the Raleigh/Cary, NC area and requires on-site meetings and visits. Therefore, only candidates local to that area are being accepted. The individual will work with the client to define and achieve their goals, partnering closely with agency cross-functional groups to provide thoughtful solutions with measurable results. As a people manager, this individual is accountable for the professional development of their team members, hiring and growing their team to support their accounts, team administrative duties, and aligning the appropriate cross-functional internal teams to deliver on client needs. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, be able to switch gears comfortably in response to changing business dynamics or client priorities, and help teams balance multiple workstreams.
