About The Position

The Account Director will be responsible for managing a team supporting a high tech client portfolio and overseeing all aspects of facilities services operations, including human resources, accounting, Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), energy management, performance quality, profit and loss (P&L), procurement, and client relations. This role involves developing, planning, and cost-controlling procedures to ensure contract compliance across multi-site locations, and is crucial for client performance, satisfaction, and retention. The Director is also expected to drive continuous improvement through staff development and operational excellence. The primary objective is to lead a multi-site operations team in delivering integrated facility management services across diverse environments such as automotive service centers, EV charging hubs, laboratories, and offices. Key aspects include ensuring safety, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and contract adherence, alongside managing budgets, client communications, and internal operations performance. A critical part of the role is to build scalable infrastructure (people, process, tools) to support the client’s anticipated exponential growth.
