Using our combined experience, we work to create unique cultural crossover opportunities that will leave a footprint on the consumer landscape. Responsible for leading some of the agency’s largest campaigns - ensuring best-in-class service delivery, and driving long-term client growth. You’ll work closely with Agency leadership, creative, strategy, and production leads to shape program direction and ensure we exceed client expectations across every touchpoint. Serve as a senior client liaison - nurturing Snr. Director and above client relationships and ensuring agency alignment with client vision and business goals. Ensure collaboration between all GameSquare services including Event Production, Content, Strategy, Creative, and Talent teams to service our clients and identify strategic growth opportunities. Build and present program budgets in collaboration with Producers and Talent Management teams. Ensure revenue targets are protected during campaigns and account profitability across the client’s programs, in partnerships with the production team. Be a Snr. resource to the Directors, Client Services to implement best practices for account management, onboarding, and retention. Maintain in-depth knowledge of internet culture and relevant industries, guidelines, and business rules; Serve as the voice of the client internally, and the voice of the agency externally. Lead, mentor, and develop account staff to ensure best functionality in the GameSquare ecosystem

Requirements

  • 6-7 years of experience working on an agency or marketing team, in a client services role
  • Experience leading client services for large scale Experiential programs
  • Extensive experience in building & leading award winning experiential program teams from RFP through to Recap
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign development, media, and production.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communicator, an ability to convey clearly and confidently. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience creating internal and external presentations
  • Comfortable managing budgets, negotiating costs, and delivering financial reports.
