A seasoned sales professional will have many opportunities for advancement not only within Right, but with other organizations within the parent company umbrella Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the Account Director will be responsible for building Right’s business by identifying and pursuing prospects and generating market awareness of the Right Management brand in their market and region. The Account Director is responsible for developing and fostering key relationships with business and human resource executives with companies in their market territory, playing an active and collaborative role in targeting key clients and prospects that include significant global accounts. The BDC will identify client business needs and position Right’s solutions in the context of those business needs. Ultimately, the Account Director will drive the end-to-end business development activities and will be accountable for the achievement of sales and business goals in their territory across all practice areas of Right’s human capital services. The Account Director will be self-motivated to continually learn and develop their business knowledge to effectively present and sell in Right’s branded, integrated solutions using appropriate style and communication skills; while minimizing barriers and potential competitor benefits to position Right as the best client solution. The Account Director will apply knowledge, information and analytical perspectives to innovate strategic solutions for clients and business opportunities. The Account Director will utilize Right’s CRM and organizational processes to achieve goals in an organized fashion. This position will require a naturally energetic, articulate individual with high business acumen. The Account Director will be an individual possessing a passion for belonging to something bigger then themselves and a personal belief in the services that Right Management offers. The BDC will be a client focused, evangelist, who is able to think on their feet, build rapport quickly, and possess consultative listening skills to identify client needs and potential solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business to Business sales, consultative sales and/or solutions in large/complex Strategic Accounts
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Sustained track record of sales success with quantifiable results over $2MM annually required through large and expanding accounts required; large enterprise account experience required
  • Proven strategic, innovative selling skills required with emphasis on selling professional and/or consulting services; utilizes effective negotiation skills
  • Establishes contact network in market and beyond with C-level access required; ability to drive new and expanding accounts through networking, canvassing market, and more
  • Demonstrated fiscal knowledge and responsibility supporting regional, corporate goals required
  • Communicates effectively in small and large group settings in all forms and at all levels in a professional manner; develops and delivers high impact sales presentations
  • Ability to develop, coach and collaborate with delivery consultants on the delivery process, This is truly a collaboration between sales and consultants bringing complementary expertise
  • Recognizes problems and responds with a sense of urgency, using good judgment; makes timely, thoughtful, sometimes difficult decisions; seeks and accepts input from others; has strong influencing skills
  • Possesses working knowledge in language, math and reasoning skills; proficient ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, the Internet, live meetings and training
  • Travel requirements:75%25 travel in territory (not overnight), occasional travel within region (over-night)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for a small number of high priority and high potential accounts leading the sales effort, determining the sales strategy, and coordinating the necessary resources to execute against the strategy.
  • Collaborates with internal colleagues/Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to ensure that recommended response aligns with the client's situation, need and maximizes competitive position.
  • Establish Right Management as the trusted advisor as it relates to optimizing Human Capital ensuring the full breadth of Right Management capabilities are known to and being utilized by the client.
  • Develop, execute Strategic Account Sales Plans with the goal of driving sustainable and profitable business growth; build a value added network, and identify opportunities to expand Right’s branded solutions in Strategic Accounts.
  • Ensure the client’s requirements are at the forefront of all sales efforts; gain understanding of client needs and align Right’s branded, integrated solutions to achieve high level of client satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales quota for the strategic accounts while increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Develop, execute Strategic Account Sales Plans with the goal of driving sustainable and profitable business growth; build a value added network, and identify opportunities to expand Right’s branded solutions in Strategic Accounts.
  • Ensure the client’s requirements are at the forefront of all sales efforts; gain understanding of client needs and align Right’s branded, integrated solutions to achieve high level of client satisfaction.
  • Takes intelligent risks to achieve a business advantage and stay competitive in the marketplace; prioritize and manage projects and tasks; self-driven and disciplined to reach and exceed business goals through creative, client focused solutions.
  • Identifies and builds formal and informal networks within the organization to enhance one's own area and the organization as a whole; operates in a fair, honest, respectful and team focused manner.
  • Possesses and continually develops the business knowledge to effectively present and sell in Right’s branded, integrated solutions using appropriate style and communication skills; minimizes barriers and potential competitor benefits to position Right as the best client solution; applies knowledge, information and analytical perspectives to innovate strategic solutions for clients and business opportunities.
