Role Overview — Account Director, Hardlines and Softlines Location: Client Office in Coraopolis, PA (Hybrid Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday onsite; Monday/Friday remote) Position Summary The Account Director — Hardlines & Softlines oversees strategy, execution, and team leadership for Innomark’s partnership with a major sporting goods retailer across their Hardlines and Softlines business segments. This includes, but is not limited to, categories such as Golf, Team Sports, Apparel, and Footwear. This role provides day-to-day leadership for the production team, ensuring successful execution of all in-store marketing programs — from concept and creative development through production, fulfillment, and installation. The Account Director serves as the primary link between the client’s internal teams and Innomark’s production, creative, and distribution departments. This position reports directly to the Senior Account Director, RWOB, with regular touchpoints to align on priorities, client expectations, and broader account strategy.
