Why This Role Matters The Account Director, Media is responsible for owning and growing a portfolio of strategic media accounts. This role serves as the senior client lead, responsible for relationship management, media strategy alignment, execution oversight, and revenue growth. The Account Director operates as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business objectives into effective media programs while coordinating internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. This role has a significant commission structure in addition to the base salary, and reports directly to the Head of Account Management.
