About The Position

This role leads and expands a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts within the financial services sector, including investment banks, asset managers, and hedge funds. You will act as the primary strategic partner for clients, aligning their business objectives with innovative SaaS solutions while driving retention, expansion, and revenue growth. The position requires deep relationship-building skills across users and C-suite executives, along with the ability to translate client insights into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and sales teams. You will manage account strategy, conduct executive business reviews, and lead onboarding and training initiatives, ensuring clients maximize the value of the platform. This role combines strategic vision, commercial acumen, and hands-on engagement in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with frequent interaction across multiple stakeholders. Travel to major financial hubs will be part of the role to support client relationships and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS account management experience, with ownership of renewals and retention for enterprise accounts
  • Proven success managing and growing relationships with financial services clients, including investment banks, asset managers, and hedge funds
  • Strong strategic thinking, relationship-building, and business acumen to navigate complex organizational structures
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills for engaging with both end users and executives
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue retention and expansion targets while identifying opportunities for growth
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to translate client insights into actionable strategies
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and financial hubs as required

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic growth and commercial health of a book of enterprise financial services accounts, focusing on retention and expansion
  • Build and maintain executive relationships, including C-suite and key decision makers, while identifying high-value opportunities within client organizations
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, onboarding, and training sessions to ensure clients maximize product value and ROI
  • Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and sales teams to communicate client needs and influence product roadmap and messaging
  • Forecast and achieve Gross and Net Revenue Retention targets, mitigating churn and uncovering new revenue streams
  • Conduct proactive, value-driven outreach using market insights to keep stakeholders engaged and informed
  • Travel as needed to meet with clients in major financial hubs for executive briefings and strategic sessions
