The Director of Account Management, Financial Services High Growth, leads a team responsible for retaining and expanding AlphaSense across a large, fast growing portfolio of Financial Services customers. This role exists to scale the High Growth business with discipline. You are expected to bring clarity, structure, and accountability to how the team manages renewals, expansions, and forecasting across a high volume book of business. You will lead and develop a team of Account Managers while building the operating system that enables the segment to grow without adding unnecessary complexity. Success requires strong business judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and a hands on leadership style grounded in data, coaching, and execution. This is a high impact role with meaningful ownership and direct influence on AlphaSense’s Financial Services growth trajectory.
