About The Position

Faye is the first-ever digital, consumer-centric travel insurance for Americans with a product redefining travel coverage and care, taking it from a forgettable add-on to a must-have advantage that enhances the entire trip experience. Faye’s whole-trip protection, coupled with its proprietary technology, enables 24/7 immediate assistance, claims processing and reimbursements anywhere in the world, setting a new standard and over-delivering in an industry synonymous with doing the opposite. Life at Faye At Faye, every day is a journey. Whether you’re building the next generation of travel products, coding new solutions, or helping travelers navigate the unexpected, your work here has a real impact on real people. Our team is as diverse as the destinations our travelers explore–made up of 62% women, 50% parents, and a few office pets. Since launching in 2022, we’ve accomplished what others in the travel insurance industry only dream of–and we’re just getting started. At Faye, we believe in growing together, having fun along the way, and making every day count. What we’re looking for This role is for a leader who wants to shape how we scale, not just keep things running. You’ll have the opportunity to influence how the company grows, improve systems and ways of working, and turn strong partnerships into lasting impact. This is a role for someone who enjoys responsibility, cares about quality, and is motivated by building something meaningful over time. The ADM Team Leader is responsible for leading, coaching, and scaling the performance of the Account Development Manager team. This role serves as a senior operational leader within the Business Development organization, reporting to the Head of Business Development. The ADM Team Leader is responsible for executing against cross-functional priorities, in close collaboration with Product, Data, and Operations, to ensure that signed partners are effectively onboarded, activated, and optimized for sustained growth. This is a player-coach leadership role focused on execution excellence, performance management, and partner growth at scale. The ADM Team Leader supports and guides Account Development Managers in managing larger and strategic partner relationships but does not independently manage accounts. Success in this role is measured by ADM team performance, effective partner activation, and maximizing revenue across the full ADM portfolio. If you’re energized by impact, take pride in doing things well, and want to leave a real mark as the company scales, this is a role where you can do exactly that. Why This Role Matters The ADM Team Leader plays a critical role in turning signed partnerships into meaningful, scalable revenue. By driving consistency, accountability, and execution across the ADM team, this role ensures that Faye’s partners are not only onboarded—but activated, supported, and growing over the long term.
