Position Overview Rivet, a Zelis company, is seeking a driven Account Development Manager (ADM) to help build and grow our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective healthcare customers. Account Development Manager (ADM) Location: Sandy, Utah Department: Sales Reports To: Director of Sales Development About Rivet (A Zelis Company) Rivet, now part of Zelis, is transforming healthcare administration through modern, data-driven technology. Together, we are building a more transparent and efficient healthcare financial ecosystem—helping providers and payers streamline operations, reduce friction, and improve outcomes across the revenue cycle. Position Overview As an Account Development Manager (ADM), you will play a key role in driving new business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. You’ll partner closely with Sales and Marketing to build a strong pipeline and connect healthcare organizations with solutions that improve their financial and operational performance. Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and eager to build a career in sales
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) or similar platforms
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of challenges

  • Exposure to healthcare, SaaS, or revenue cycle management concepts

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation Research and identify prospective healthcare organizations aligned with Rivet’s ideal customer profile
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting
  • Outbound Engagement Execute multi-channel outreach strategies (calls, email, LinkedIn/social selling)
  • Personalize messaging to effectively engage and educate prospects
  • Lead Qualification Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, challenges, and priorities
  • Assess fit and position Rivet’s solutions accordingly
  • Sales Collaboration Partner with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline
  • Ensure smooth, well-documented handoffs
  • CRM & Process Discipline Maintain accurate and timely activity tracking in HubSpot
  • Manage follow-ups and pipeline hygiene to support reporting and forecasting
  • Continuous Improvement Contribute to refining outreach strategies, messaging, and sales plays
  • Share market insights with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
