About The Position

The Account Coordinator collaborates closely with assigned Account Managers (AM) to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the Account Management department. This role involves assisting in various tasks such as price quote administration, opportunity management, follow-up on active quotes, project management, and artwork administration. The primary objective of the Account Coordinator position is to provide support to Account Managers while simultaneously undergoing training and preparation for transitioning into the role of Associate Account Manager or Account Manager in the future.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, both with internal team members and external customers and prospects.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales or Project Management experience.
  • 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced, high-demand, high-quality environment.
  • tradeshow or exhibit build experience.
  • Experience in reading blueprints and design decks.

Responsibilities

  • Manages quote and work order administration in Moss Operating System which may include but is not limited to: price quote administration, opportunity management, follow up on active quotes, project management, artwork administration
  • Participates Project Launch meeting to align cost assumptions, resources, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with outside services providers contracted for the projects.
  • Supports Account Managers in managing the project schedule such as the lead times, art file requirements, PO deadlines, installation scheduling, and production scheduling as needed.
  • Responds promptly to inquiries and, when applicable, forwards information to the appropriate person.
  • Participates in meetings with customers, installers, outsource product providers, and internal resources, as needed.
  • Performs back up coverage for Account Managers during business travel and PTO.
  • Maintains all required documentation such as change orders, approvals, scheduling, and client files in Moss OS, as needed
  • Understand Moss’s in-house and out-sourced capabilities and knows the step-by-step details required to deliver a successful project.
