We are a fast-paced experiential marketing agency based in Long Beach, CA. We create immersive brand environments and manage everything from concept to installation. We’re currently looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support an upcoming project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in administrative coordination while also understanding design, vendors, onsite execution and sourcing. This individual will support and help oversee the design and installation of a 3,328 sq. ft. client office space. While this role includes strong administrative responsibilities, it also requires knowledge of interior design concepts, measurements, renderings, and vendor coordination. You’ll serve as the central communication point between the client, internal teams, fabrication partners, and multiple vendors to ensure timelines, budgets, and design direction are aligned.
