About The Position

The Account Coordinator supports the Fine Fragrance sales and account management team by coordinating daily account activities and ensuring seamless execution of client needs. You will play an important part in the development, launch, and ongoing management of global and regional fragrance accounts, working with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones. You will help maintain understanding between global strategy and regional execution while upholding luxury service standards. This position is ideal for someone passionate about fine fragrance, international business, and the creative development process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with global accounts and cross-regional stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across time zones
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Passion for fine fragrance, luxury brands, international markets, and olfactive storytelling

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Account Manager in the daily management of global and regional fine fragrance accounts
  • Coordinate communication across sales, perfumers, evaluators, marketing, operations, and regulatory teams worldwide
  • Prepare global account updates, meeting agendas, and follow-up documentation while ensuring agreement between global strategy and regional needs
  • Help coordinate fragrance development projects for global and regional launches, tracking deliverables
  • Manage fragrance sample submissions, documentation, approvals, and international shipments as needed
  • Maintain accurate records related to formulas, submissions, client feedback, and project milestones
  • Coordinate multiple fragrance development projects, including data entry, deadline tracking, and sample logistics
  • Provide client support related to pricing, stability, regulatory documentation, and safety information
  • Support sales reporting, forecasts, purchase orders, invoicing coordination, and order tracking
  • Act as a primary point of contact for routine global and regional client inquiries
  • Support client meetings, fragrance evaluations, and international market visits as required
  • Monitor fragrance trends, competitive activity, and market insights to support global account strategies
