About The Position

Church Hill Classics, we’ve proudly handcrafted over two million custom diploma frames, certificate frames, varsity letter frames, and award frames since 1991. Based in Monroe, CT, our female-owned company remains a U.S. leader in premium custom framing—trusted by over 1,500 colleges and universities, honor societies, the U.S. Military, and professional associations. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Coordinator - National Accounts to partner with our National Account Manager and ensure flawless execution across our key retail accounts. This role is vital to keeping our operations smooth, enabling the National Account Manager to focus on building relationships and driving strategic growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, with prior experience in an administrative role, and thrives on accuracy, organization, and improving processes. Additionally, while this role is fully onsite, it also allows for scheduling flexibility and could be compatible with a school day schedule.

Requirements

  • Experience working in data entry/reporting software (e.g. MAS 500) and EDI
  • Proficiency in common business software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs, and Outlook.
  • Comfortable using web browsers and online systems (e.g. Chrome).
  • Exposure to and comfort level in utilizing project management software such as Monday.com.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, technology, and processes.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before they become issues.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized with minimal supervision.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer focused, administrative, or operational role.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Will consider relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

  • Support the National Account Manager with execution-related tasks for accounts within their portfolio, ensuring the NAM can focus on sales strategy and partner growth.
  • Monitor purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and track inventory or fulfillment issues; escalate to the NAM as needed.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Licensing, Production, and Art teams to keep account deliverables on schedule.
  • Support the National Accounts Team with order entry, account setup, and data maintenance, while providing backup coverage for existing support staff.
  • Enter and maintain account-related data in internal systems, ensuring accuracy across products, pricing, inventory, and UPCs.
  • Review partner websites to ensure products, images, and pricing are accurate, and request updates when needed.
  • Coordinate updates related to licensed marks, product changes, pricing, and images.
