The Enterprise Account Coordinator supports the delivery team in managing the day-today operational needs of complex, -high value enterprise affiliate programs. This role is responsible for- enterprise grade program administration, partner support, data accuracy, and operational execution, ensuring that enterprise accounts receive consistent, high-quality- service. The Enterprise Account Coordinator also supports advanced reporting, risk identification, and cross functional coordination, contributing to the overall health, performance, and scalability of enterprise programs. · Oversees: N/A · Reports to: Affiliate Manager or Senior Affiliate Manager Responsibilities: Enterprise Program Support & Execution · Support enterprise-level action plans, ensuring operational tasks align with complex client goals and pacing expectations. · Execute day-to-day enterprise program tasks including recruitment, onboarding, activations, compliance, content updates, and promotional changes. · Ensure enterprise grade accuracy and timeliness across all operational deliverables. Affiliate Partnership Support · Help manage affiliate partnerships within enterprise accounts, including: · Recruitment · Onboarding · Quality and compliance assurance · Newsletters · Text links, banners, promo codes · Transaction inquiries · Reconciliations · Batch uploads · Commission rate adjustments · Data pulls & reporting · Partner communication · Prioritize high-impact partners and enterprise-critical tasks, escalating issues proactively. Performance Monitoring & Insights · Monitor affiliate performance and vertical benchmarks to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement. · Support enterprise level reporting, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and insight readiness. · Assist AMs/Sr AMs in preparing performance summaries, insights, and optimization recommendations. Cross-Functional & Delivery Team Collaboration · Shadow and support the delivery team to gain a deeper understanding of enterprise program management, strategy development, network capabilities, and partner optimization. · Collaborate with analytics, finance, and media planning teams when gathering data or preparing enterprise-level- reporting inputs. · Join client calls to provide operational support and ensure enterprise-level preparedness. Risk Identification & Issue Resolution · Identify early indicators of operational risks (tracking discrepancies, partner inactivity, compliance issues) and escalate appropriately. · Support AMs/Sr AMs in resolving enterprise-level operational issues with accuracy and urgency. Operational Excellence · Respect and maintain all role-specific work quality standards, best practices, and procedures outlined by Delivery Leaders and Operations Teams. · Contribute to enterprise process improvements, sharing observations that support scalability and efficiency. · Support affiliate team on routine and prescribed tasks with enterprise level attention to detail. Partnership Growth Support · Help support affiliate partnerships by providing timely communication, accurate deliverables, and enterprise ready partner management support. · Assist in identifying opportunities to strengthen partner relationships and improve enterprise program performance.
