About The Position

We’re hiring an Account Coordinator / CSR for our East Houston, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of warehouse, logistics, or freight terminology / practices
• Proficient computer skills in WMS, TMS or EPR platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate order processing
• Coordinate shipments
• Resolve service issues such as damaged freight claims, mish-shipments, missing items, etc.
• Maintain customer files, shipment records, and service documentation
• Prepare and review shipping documents – BOL’s, packing lists, commercial invoices, and export paperwork
