Under direction, performs a variety of routine clerical tasks which involve computing, classifying, verifying, and recording numerical data and the reconciliation of accounts, records, and documents to keep sets of financial records complete; does other related duties as required. The position is essential in answering the phone calls, completing requisitions, purchase orders, checking in deliveries, preparation to pay invoices, filing, typing letters, receiving vendor paperwork and collecting funds, and preparing money for the Finance Department.
