We're looking for an Account Manager to own client relationships and keep campaigns running smoothly from kickoff to wrap. You'll split a growing book of business with our current account lead, serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients while coordinating internally to deliver results on time and on brief. This role sits at the intersection of client service and creative operations. You'll need to translate what clients want into briefs that actually work for our production team, flag problems before they escalate, and spot opportunities to deepen relationships through upsells and renewals.
