About The Position

The Account Based Marketing Manager 3 is responsible for designing executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive engagement pipeline and revenue from high-value target accounts. This role partners closely with sales customer success product marketing and demand generation teams to deliver personalized account-centric programs aligned to business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in high tech, business to business sales and marketing
  • Microsoft Windows and Office proficient

Responsibilities

  • Understand and analyze the account portfolio, including how to prioritize and group accounts according to opportunity, buyer need, persona, industry, buying cycle stage and propensity to buy
  • Analyze offer creation and determine the optimal tactic mix for named accounts
  • Collaborate with functions in sales and marketing to define and establish workflows, including campaign personalization and execution, and lead hand-offs
  • Assist with identifying insight into named accounts from internal and external sources to drive relevance and timely execution
  • Develop and execute programs on behalf of sales, and assist in training on how to execute specific program elements on their own
  • Assist content teams with campaign customization according to analysis of buyer need
  • Work with digital team to conduct account based testing of messaging to improve response and conversion rates
  • Partner with marketing operations to establish, forecast and report against key success metrics
  • Assist with budget allocation
  • Mentor, coach, train and provide feedback to other team members; may provide feedback to leadership on technical abilities of team
  • Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy
