About the Role: Nuvant is looking for Account Associates to join our growing team of client-focused professionals. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals and businesses seeking guidance on financial solutions. You’ll work to understand each client’s unique needs and help match them with services that support their goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or college degree preferred
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Prior experience in sales or client service a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries
• Learn about each client’s goals, challenges, and decision-making process
• Offer personalized recommendations based on data and conversation
• Walk clients through onboarding, product selection, and implementation
• Maintain regular contact to ensure satisfaction and long-term value
• Share client feedback with internal teams to help improve services and outcomes
