As an Account Associate supporting Foodservice industry clients, you will develop a consultative selling relationship with restaurant operators. You will grow business relationships, drive client satisfaction, and meet and/or exceed revenue goals by delivering insightful industry analyses to support clients in developing and executing against their strategic plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • College graduate – Less than 2 years of prior experience in a role that utilizes data and analysis to add value to clients
  • Experience in all MS Office products, Excel, PowerPoint, & Word
  • Experience with Circana data tools is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work across various data sets and reporting tools
  • Advanced interpersonal skills and strong orientation towards building client relationships
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Able to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; Confident in presenting to groups
  • Highly detail oriented – with commitment to total quality and data accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the team in managing the day-to-day activities to enhance client relationships, including but not limited to, sharing analyses on specific topics, answering relevant client questions, training/educating clients to drive adoption, and usage of Circana’s strategic data sets, etc.
  • Partner with account leads and cross-functional departments to drive initiatives which support the sale and delivery of Circana’s solutions
  • Understand our clients’ organizations and their business strategies, objectives, and challenges.
  • Attend/present insights at client meetings.
  • Proactively search for meaningful trends within Circana’s proprietary data and share findings with both internal and external audiences
  • Problem-solve and maintain relationships with adaptability, urgency, and positivity
  • Manage creation and distribution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly ongoing “key insights” presentations and/or deliverables
