Requirements

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong listening skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment where every day is different.
High School Diploma or GED.
Good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Basic to intermediate computer knowledge.
Reliable attendance.
Proper grammar and email etiquette.
Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM.
Ability to work under time constraints and daily deadlines.
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork awareness.
Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including evening shifts, overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

Connect with customers through outbound calls using an easy auto-dial system.
Talk with customers to set up payment plans on early delinquent accounts and help them get back on track.
Answer inbound calls and provide friendly, professional support.
Use communication skills and empathy to find fair, personalized solutions for individual accounts.
Follow company guidelines to ensure every interaction is handled correctly.
Use strong communication and negotiation skills to work with customers and help them make timely payments.
Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance goals.
Make effective outbound calls to customers to arrange payments or set up plans to resolve past-due accounts.
Handle inbound customer calls, providing professional, friendly assistance while addressing both service and collection needs.
Work with Westlake customers to find and arrange collection solutions for individual accounts.
Be a dependable team player who contributes to a positive, supportive work environment.
