About The Position

As a Business Analyst you'll collaborate across the organization to analyze moderate issues for your assigned business lines, serving as a subject matter expert in systems, processes, procedures, products, and services. You'll provide operational support, monitoring, and internal customer service across the bank, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality service. In addition, you'll support your assigned business lines to help drive the bank's overall strategy while optimizing department workflows. Serve as a key contributor within the Account Analysis and Billing department by processing and managing internal requests through the XAA system, ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and alignment with established operational standards. Administer the full lifecycle of multiple billing files for the bank’s Treasury Management services, including intake, quality review, exception monitoring, and monthly processing, ensuring accurate fee assessment and seamless delivery to downstream operational and accounting systems. Collaborate with internal partners to define and update business requirements, assess priorities and impacts, and recommend start dates for queued projects to align with core objectives. Document, refine, and optimize business processes and procedures as needed. Assist in designing and managing report to support business needs. Support change management initiatives by delivering training and communications, ensuring all changes are properly documented and effectively shared with the implementation team(s). Collect, organize and analyze data to identify trends. Summarize findings and develop actionable recommendations in coordination with management to keep objectives and milestones on track.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of related experience.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Intermediate experience with data analysis and research with the ability to identify and escalate cases or inquiries to mitigate bank risks.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite.
  • Intermediate experience with banking applications and systems preferred.
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
