Provide high level of customer service and interaction to address customer primary concerns. Sell accessories to incoming customers and coordinate with Parts Manager and Scheduler. Maintain a professional appearance and reliable attendance at scheduled shifts Maintain high customer satisfaction standards and handle telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process Attend all sales meetings during shift Responsible for the sale of accessories Verifying there are vehicles in designated areas to show major accessories to customers Call or send emails to customers that have questions on accessories Follow up with all customers who purchased accessories after installation to ensure customer satisfaction Adheres to all company policies and billing procedures Greet customers in timely, friendly manner Stay updated on all products and price changes Notify scheduler of appointments that need to be completed before vehicle delivery Review and follow up on customer leads Other duties that may be assigned
