About The Position

Operates and monitors all building automation systems and alarms. Will serve as a general substitute as a centralized dispatcher and administrative coordinator. Must Operates and performs all telecommunications and clerical duties. Performs code paging, provides patient information, and operates multiple position switchboards to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls. Estimated pay range for this position is $17.79 - $21.53 / hour depending on experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma is required.
• Must have a minimum of three years of customer service experience and telephone operator experience.
• Must be proficient in computer applications.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume call center.
• Minimum 1- year experience in building automation systems.
• Minimum Required Experience: 3 Years
