About The Position

An Access Coordinator II is responsible for coordinating and facilitating access to services, resources, or systems for clients, patients, or internal staff. This role serves as a key point of contact to ensure processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with organizational policies.

Requirements

  • High School, GED, or formal educational equivalent
  • Two years of customer service experience preferably in registration, billing, or scheduling in a healthcare environment.
  • Good communication skills, basic proficiency with computers (preferably MS Office), excellent telephone etiquette skills, and general knowledge of office machines including printers and scanners.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology is required.
