About The Position

If you enjoy help people and are looking for a flexible schedule, this might just be the job for you. Our team works to connect individuals in need with resources in the community. Once initial training is complete, Access Navigators are able to work remotely (with occasional in-person staff meetings or continuing education). JOB FUNCTION Provides initial screening, primarily by phone, for families seeking services from the Family Services Initiative; determining if family meets program eligibility, and assigning to Navigation services. Works collaboratively with the FSI Navigation Team, and acts as an on campus resource for staff. Ability to work in multiple systems; track information and data, and effectively refer and link to indicated community resources and services for referrals not being assigned to Navigation; possess a working understanding of the system of care wrap service delivery method.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Services or a related field.
Must pass level II background https://info.flclearinghouse.com

Nice To Haves

Bilingual Spanish capability preferred.
