About The Position

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Access Management Analyst II to join us in a full-time capacity. Location Requirement: This work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week. We are open to any Segra office. Role Overview: The Access Management Analyst II will analyze the services from vendors for Segra’s ILECs, CLECs, Network and Internet divisions. The purpose is to comprehensively audit vendor expenditures to look for cost reduction opportunities. These may be in the form of strategic renewals on out of term services, disconnecting services that are no longer needed, or project managing optimizations efforts to consolidate vendor services or to groom them onto the Segra network. Access Management Analyst II will support the Network Operations Center and the Sales organization by maintaining current vendor contact and escalation lists, network kmzs and building lists.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a relevant or similar role
  • Must have strong experience in and knowledge of Excel
  • Must have prior experience in the Telecommunications industry

Nice To Haves

  • Four-year college degree in business related field, or Associate degree in business related field with comparable job experience.
  • Three to five years’ telecommunications experience.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications services, networks and products.
  • Experience with contracts and understanding of telecommunications-specific contract terms.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including expertise in Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP), competent in Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and discretion & judgment necessary in negotiations, strong attention to detail, and ability to work well with other groups and as part of a team.
