This role plays a vital front-line role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. Serving as a trusted resource for patients, this position supports scheduling, billing, and payment inquiries while ensuring accurate patient data collection and timely billing and collections. Working under general supervision, the role proactively coordinates appointments, resolves scheduling conflicts, and supports smooth patient access to care. The position requires the ability to perform all functions of the Access Coordinator I and II levels and contributes broadly to patient care operations as needed.
