About The Position

Join New Age Protection, a mission-first security team protecting people, property, and critical government operations. We are seeking part-time, Access Control Specialists to help maintain a safe and secure environment. Shift Schedule Saturdays: 0930–1730 Sundays: 1130–1730

Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs for extended periods
• Respond quickly in emergencies and perform defensive actions if needed

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control facility access, verifying IDs and credentials
• Conduct random badge and ID checks
• Operate X-ray machines, walk-through metal detectors, and CCTV systems
• Issue access badges and maintain visitor logs
• Inspect packages and respond to security alarms
• Identify and report unsafe conditions
