Hana Technologies and Systems is currently seeking a professional candidate for our Access Control Security Specialist working for USINDOPACOM customer. $35.00 per hour About Us Hana Tech. is a reputable professional services company specializing in serving federal government and military clients. Position Duties include but are not limited to: Provide security and safety for personnel, property, facilities, and assets Provide service to daily operations in the Security Operations Center and Visitor Control Center Monitoring of daily access activities for up to 500 personnel and visitors Perform identification checks and access control to ensure only authorized personnel are allowed access to the facility Issues badges and accounts for all access badges issued daily and deactivates lost or stolen badges Program badges and verify security clearance Defense Information System for Security (DISS), or other provided system, for proper access control into the facility Conduct security briefs for all personnel requiring access to USINDOPACOM Programs and monitors the Integrated Physical Security System which consists of Alarm Monitoring, System Administration and Video Viewer Modules Monitoring security cameras, alarms, and door readers for suspicious activities Provide front desk support to ensure proper access control to the facilities. Mains access control of all entrances, exits and internal doors Troubleshoots hardware issues Completes applicable reports to include incident reports and security logs Implements Fire, Medical, Inclement Weather Emergency Action Plans

Requirements

Must have an active DoD government clearance
Minimum of 3 years experience in military, security, or law enforcement environment performing security specialist functions
Previous administrative experience
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Be a citizen of the United States of America
Must be computer literate and skilled in Microsoft Windows applications
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, written and oral
Able to professionally interact with various levels of authority and rank, both military and civilian
Must be able to bend and lift 20 pounds

Responsibilities
