About The Position

The Accelerated Management Program (AMP) is a two-year rotational program designed to develop the next generation of leaders at J. Lorber Co. Participants rotate through key areas of the business—including operations, sales, supply chain, distribution, and branch management—to build a comprehensive foundation in both customer-facing and operational roles. Upon successful completion, participants are placed into a management role within the organization. Program Highlights Structured 2-year rotation across multiple departments. Hands-on training and mentorship from company leaders. Direct exposure to technical, operational, and customer-facing aspects of the business. Real-world project involvement with measurable outcomes. Career path leading to management placement within J. Lorber Co.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field (or in final year of study).
  • Strong interest in a management career in distribution, sales, or operations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership ability (through academics, work experience, or extracurriculars).
  • Ability to adapt to varied roles and responsibilities during rotations.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Build customer relationships and support client solutions.
