About The Position

This posting is used to onboard selected ACCAP Case Workers through a Child Care Assistance contracted position. This part-time, temporary, contract position is located at the Anoka County Government Center.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Six months to one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form.
• Assist in problem-solving and crisis management.
• Relate to diverse clientele populations.

Responsibilities

• Approve ongoing service authorizations to childcare providers.
• Attend and participate in training sessions, workshops and conferences to keep current on new legislation.
• Implement and interpret rules, regulations and new county policies that follow state and federal guidelines.
