The Family Assessment Intervention and Response Program involves community-based case work with families referred by child welfare to assess for safety and provide resources to children and their families. Investigate all allegations of child abuse, dependency, and neglect. Monitor and assess the safety and wellbeing of all the children in the home. Refer family to community-based services if warranted. Adhere to fidelity of program model, principles and practices. Maintain an assigned caseload. Maintain timely documentation in agency database system (i.e. assessments, service plans, safety plans, case notes, discharge plans) and other required records in accordance with agency, state accreditation, and other requirements, policies, and procedures. On-call on rotation. Travel primarily within the county/counties assigned, but some statewide travel is required as needed. Full-Time, with benefits
