About The Position

The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. Continued employment beyond the fiscal year is contingent upon continued funding. Position Summary: This is a part-time, temporary position reporting to the GPS Activity Director. Tutors serve as facilitators of knowledge and learning. Tutors should be able to quickly switch between subjects, work collaboratively as a team, and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Requirements

• Have completed at least one semester at ENMU-Roswell.
• Have completed the course(s) they wish to tutor with a grade of "B" or better.
• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (attach transcript).

Responsibilities

• Work with students of varying ability levels.
• Collaborate closely with faculty to support instruction.
• Lead group study sessions.
• Adapt to the diverse needs of students from different backgrounds.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
