Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution, or completing your Master’s degree within 3 years from a regionally accredited college or university. Evidence of ability to instruct/motivate students at the college level. Demonstrated understanding of the variety of challenges facing a community college student. Demonstrated ability to develop positive mentoring relationships with a diverse student population. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated computer and web abilities, including Microsoft Suite, and other programs/systems. Strong organizational skills. Participates in committees Other duties assigned.
