The Academic Records Evaluator is responsible for reviewing and certifying that undergraduate students have fulfilled all academic requirements for graduation. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of student records throughout their academic journey and is key to commencement preparation. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Knowledge of higher education policies and procedures related to graduation requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Above-average organizational, computer, and computational skills. High attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn and apply new information. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing effectively in team environments.
