The Academic Program Coordinator supports the effective delivery of the College of Veterinary Medicine’s online graduate programs by coordinating the operational execution of curriculum delivery across academic terms. This role focuses on course readiness, learning system coordination, accessibility implementation, and project-based operational support for curriculum redesign initiatives, in collaboration with faculty, Academic Program Leads, and instructional design support teams. The position serves as the primary point of coordination for curriculum delivery operations, ensuring that courses are prepared, compliant, and ready for instruction each term. Responsibilities include coordinating course setup and learning systems, implementing accessibility and accommodation requirements, supporting faculty operational needs related to course delivery, and managing timelines and deliverables for curriculum-related projects. This role does not include instructional design, content development, or pedagogical decision-making. The Academic Program Coordinator works closely with the Director of Distance Education Operations, Academic Program Leads, and campus support units to align academic priorities with operational execution and ensure a consistent, scalable curriculum delivery model for CVM’s online graduate programs. About the Programs: The College of Veterinary Medicine’s online graduate programs in Shelter Medicine and Veterinary Forensics support students who are deeply committed to improving animal welfare, public health, and community outcomes. Many students work directly in shelters, investigative settings, or related service roles and bring a strong sense of purpose to their academic work. This role offers the opportunity to support students whose work has a meaningful, real-world impact on the lives of animals and the communities they serve.
